By installing, accessing, or using the DATSpeed Chrome extension or this website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and DATSpeed ("DATSpeed," "we," "us," or "our"). DATSpeed is not affiliated with DAT Freight & Analytics, RTS Financial, or Google LLC.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use DATSpeed. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for professional use by freight dispatchers and owner-operators with a legitimate DAT One subscription.
DATSpeed is a Chrome browser extension that injects supplemental functionality into the DAT One load board interface (one.dat.com). Features include keyboard navigation, Gmail integration, Google Maps integration, smart load filters, an embedded route map, and RTS Pro credit rating display.
DATSpeed operates by interacting with third-party services (DAT One, Google Gmail, Google Maps, RTS Pro, OpenStreetMap, and OSRM). We make no guarantee that these integrations will remain functional if those third-party services change their interfaces, APIs, or terms of use. In such cases, affected features may be temporarily or permanently unavailable.
New users receive a 7-day free trial beginning on the date of installation. No payment information is required to start the trial.
After the trial period ends, continued access to DATSpeed requires an active paid subscription at $7.00 USD per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

You agree to use DATSpeed only for its intended purpose of enhancing your personal freight dispatching workflow. You agree not to:

DATSpeed integrates with the following third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies — not ours:
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of any third-party service.
DATSpeed and its original content, design, code, and trademarks are owned by DATSpeed and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for personal, professional dispatching purposes during an active subscription period.
You do not acquire any ownership rights by using DATSpeed. Cancelling your subscription or violating these Terms immediately terminates your license.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular feature will remain available. DAT One, RTS Pro, Gmail, and other third-party platforms may change their interfaces at any time, which may cause DATSpeed features to stop functioning.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DATSPEED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, MISSED LOADS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to DATSpeed in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DATSpeed and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the extension popup or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
