Does DATSpeed work with DAT One? +
Yes — DATSpeed is built exclusively for DAT One (one.dat.com). It injects directly into the load board interface and activates automatically when you open the page.
How do the smart filters work? +
Two checkbox filters appear directly inside DAT One's own filter bar — Hide Duplicate Loads and Hide Canada and Mexico Loads. Check either one and the results update instantly.
Do I need to set up anything special for Gmail? +
Just click "Connect Gmail" in the extension settings and approve the Google permission popup. DATSpeed only requests Send access — it cannot read, delete, or access any of your existing emails or inbox.
What happens after my 7-day free trial? +
After 7 days you'll be prompted to subscribe for $7.00/month. If you don't subscribe, the extension pauses until you do. No charges happen without you entering payment info.
Can I cancel my subscription? +
Yes, at any time. Cancel from your account dashboard and you won't be charged again. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Is my Gmail data safe? +
Absolutely. DATSpeed only sends emails — it never reads or stores your email data. Your Gmail credentials are handled entirely by Google's own OAuth system. We never see your password.
How does the RTS credit rating feature work? +
⚠ Important: You must have an active RTS Credit Pro account with RTS Financial to use this feature. DATSpeed connects to your existing RTS Pro account with one click — no separate login inside the extension. It captures your session token and uses it to fetch live credit data for each broker's MC number. The rating badge appears automatically inside the DAT One load detail panel. Does it work on Power DAT or other load boards? +
Currently DATSpeed is built for DAT One only. Support for other platforms may be added in the future based on user demand.
